Once you are back in the nexus, go down the dark tunnel. Continue walking until you reach a crystal door. At the door, press the green button. Enter the air lock and press the other button twice. Enter the room and go to the glowing crystals in the center. Use the blue rod with the one of the three holes on the right. Click on the lifeless crystal and slide each of the rods up and down until the crystal is glowing at it's highest point. Once you have accomplished your task, power will be restored to the map spire's tram. Return to the Nexus and go back to the red door. Open it using the red engraved rod, enter, and press the tram call. Ride the tram. Once you are in the map spire, go to the cavern and then the pit. From the pit, go through the opening. You have now entered the map room. The panel in the middle is the map computer. On the panel, enter the green engraved rod sequence. The map will show you the tomb's secret. Next, go to the opening in the far wall of the map room. This will take you to another light bridge. Turn it on and walk across to the tomb spire. Go back into the tomb and climb onto the crypt. This is an elevator that will take you into the crypt. Once inside the crypt, walk to the far left of the room. When you click on the door, the guard dog will come back to life.
